Equality and Diversity E-learning for Students
Raising awareness of diversity issues on campus
Real progress has been made to ensure further and higher education staff understand equality and diversity rights, responsibilities and best practice… but what about students?
Increasing student diversity inevitably brings challenges for education institutions and can result in peer-to-peer conflict on campus, and individuals failing to work to their full potential or even leaving the institution due to difficult classroom dynamics or fellow students’ insensitivity.
Your learning outcomes
This innovative e-learning diversity programme for further and higher education students from Marshall ACM will:
- Raise awareness of the advantages of social diversity among students.
- Reduce the likelihood of allegations of discrimination and harassment within the student community.
- Make sure that students know about their equality and diversity rights and responsibilities.
- Be an important component in an institution’s response to legal duties to promote equality and good relations between different groups of students.
